Meow Hash

This is a temporary landing page for Meow Hash. I have a number of updates I need to post, and haven’t had time.

At the moment, Meow Hash is the fastest bulk hash that passes quality testing, as you can see from the smhasher3 suite results:

There is still a lot of work that could be done on Meow Hash, but, it is one of those things that only gets updated when time permits.
